Role: A long-term engagement leading research and strategy initiatives to translate user and business needs into website designs. Also led the creation of a sprint-based development release schedule.

Project: A research-based project with an internal Sequence team to assess the current state of STEM (science, technology, engineering, math) education reform in public education. Created recommendations for our client of where and how they may have the most impact in the field.

Projects:

While at Hot Studio, I was on a team that created a complete redesign of the SFMOMA website, including research, strategic vision, a CMS strategy, and visual design.

As an independent consultant, I worked on multiple research initiatives to determine the audiences of SFMOMA’s multimedia assets and how the assets were being used. The effort led to strategic recommendations on how to extend reach while maintaining quality.
